Originally designed by Warren & Marney in 1987 the buildings were in urgent need of repair to ensure they met the current demands of city center office tenants. Through careful co-ordination and involved discussions with the local authority, client, consultants and contractor this challenging refurbishment has successfully delivered new landmark office buildings for the city.
